Eligibility for Return

Downloadable Products. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the files have been downloaded or accessed.

Damaged or Corrupt Files. If you encounter any issues with the downloaded files, such as corruption or inability to open, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Duplicate Purchases. If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us immediately for a resolution.

Resolution. If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement file, or in the case of duplicate purchases, issue a refund for the duplicate order.

Exceptions

Non-Refundable Items. Customized digital products, once delivered, are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Change of Mind. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind once the digital product has been downloaded.
